SHIPMENT TIMING: All watches listed on our website for purchase are in stock and ready to ship. For verified payments received prior to 4pm, we generally ship the same business day. Shipments go out Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Owning all of our inventory at our beautiful showroom in Buckhead, Atlanta; allows us to offer this premium service to our customers.
PRE-SHIPMENT PROCESS: Each watch is pulled from our showcase, and verified against the listing on the website. The box and papers for the timepiece are added to the package to match the description in our website listing.
The watch then goes to our expert team of watchmakers where it undergoes as series of tests using state-of- the-art equipment. The watchmaking team runs this final stage of testing to ensure the proper cosmetic condition, timing accuracy and water-resistance (when applicable).
SHIPMENT PROCESS: Your order will be inspected, securely packed, and shipped by UPS or Fedex. Orders can be shipped to your billing address.

The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the merchandise. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

I bought a white gold Rolex 18239 Day-Date from Abraham. I was considering trading in a watch, and Abraham was upfront with me that my rare Panerai just wasn’t exactly his jam. This was the most trustworthy purchasing experience I have ever had. I normally never write reviews but this one deserves much praise. I am in California and gven I had never met Abe before who’s company is based in New York, Abe was consistent in answering all questions and calling me any time I had an inquiry. When I received the watch which was overnighted and insured, it was in even more pristine condition than he described it to be. I had done a lot of research and could not find a better deal anywhere on the Internet. The watch came with a proper independent appraisal certificate describing every aspect of the watch. I also took it to have it appraised at my own appraisal company and turned out to be even better than described and authenticated. Abe was a pleasure to talk to, very honest, easy to deal with, kind, and patient. I do recommend doing business with Abe and look forward to doing business with Elegant Swiss again. Very smooth and pleasant experience. I worked with a gentleman named Abraham who is very responsive and helpful to all my questions. The transaction started with me mailing him one of my watches as a trade-in. The price he quoted me over the phone was honored. The remaining balance I paid with a large bank wire. He acknowledged the receipt of the wire the same day, and the next day my watch was overnighted with high priority. I would definitely do business with him again.

Elegant Swiss is on the money. I purchased a ladies Diamond ROLEX Watch and my girlfriend noticed a scratch on the bezel. We sent it back and Abraham gladly fixed it and returned it back to me in great shape.I would purchase other jewelry from them again.

I also opted to use Affirm, as it's an installment loan that does not affect your credit score. They also do not do a hard pull on your credit. The watch is truly beautiful and amazing!
