All of our pieces are 100 percent authentic.
Items that were purchased from our inventory and are not special order pieces may be returned within seven (7) days for a full refund, less a 15 percent restocking fee.
Please contact us directly before returning a watch, so that we can send you our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
For security of our customers and to prevent fraud, every watch is shipped/received under HD video surveillance, with all serial/reference numbers on file.
Please let us know immediately if there is any damage during shipment.
The item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn and with all original booklets, boxes & packaging.
RMA number shall be prominently displayed on box. The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping label as the reference number to prevent refusal of return.
Any signs of wear, water damage, tempering with the movement, will result in refusal of your return.
For watches that come wrapped in our signature tape, returns will not be accepted if the tape has been broken.
If you wish to remove the tape to confirm authenticity, you must first decide if you are satisfied with the appearance of the timepiece.
Watches or jewelry that were special ordered from our distributors at request of the buyer, or customized (engraved, resized) are not returnable, unless otherwise agreed, in writing, by ElegantSwiss staff. These items are bought specifically for the buyer and cannot be returned to the distributor for a refund or exchange.
