Abraham is a great guy to deal with. I picked up my watch in person from him. He has a large selection of watches, and the one that I got looked even better in person than the pics. It was a little tight on my wrist and it needed one more link. He didn’t have an extra one because the white gold day date is a bit hard to come by. After his website had some glitches as I tried to complete the purchase, he was texting me at 10pm to help me get everything squared away. Beyond that, Abraham did something really nice. PRE-SHIPMENT PROCESS: Each watch is pulled from our showcase, and verified against the listing on the website. The box and papers for the timepiece are added to the package to match the description in our website listing.
The watch then goes to our expert team of watchmakers where it undergoes as series of tests using state-of- the-art equipment. The watchmaking team runs this final stage of testing to ensure the proper cosmetic condition, timing accuracy and water-resistance (when applicable).

I bought a white gold Rolex 18239 Day-Date from Abraham. I was considering trading in a watch, and Abraham was upfront with me that my rare Panerai just wasn’t exactly his jam. He FaceTimed me to help me choose the best one he had in hand, and was extremely responsive every step of the way. After his website had some glitches as I tried to complete the purchase, he was texting me at 10pm to help me get everything squared away. Beyond that, Abraham did something really nice. When my grandpa suddenly passed and I had to leave town, Abraham overnighted the watch to me at no extra charge so it wouldn’t create a headache for me while I was out of town. And last, his prices can’t be beat. When we found our dream home and I had to liquidate my jewelry and watches for a down payment, the piece I bought from Abraham was one of the few that I actually recouped 100% of my investment on. I will definitely be back to Abraham for my next watch.

This was the most trustworthy purchasing experience I have ever had. I normally never write reviews but this one deserves much praise. I am in California and gven I had never met Abe before who’s company is based in New York, Abe was consistent in answering all questions and calling me any time I had an inquiry. When I received the watch which was overnighted and insured, it was in even more pristine condition than he described it to be. I had done a lot of research and could not find a better deal anywhere on the Internet. The watch came with a proper independent appraisal certificate describing every aspect of the watch. I also took it to have it appraised at my own appraisal company and turned out to be even better than described and authenticated. Abe was a pleasure to talk to, very honest, easy to deal with, kind, and patient. I do recommend doing business with Abe and look forward to doing business with Elegant Swiss again. Very smooth and pleasant experience. I worked with a gentleman named Abraham who is very responsive and helpful to all my questions. The transaction started with me mailing him one of my watches as a trade-in. The price he quoted me over the phone was honored. The remaining balance I paid with a large bank wire. He acknowledged the receipt of the wire the same day, and the next day my watch was overnighted with high priority. I would definitely do business with him again.
