Rolex watches are synonymous with success, and have a solid gold GMT Master ii is near the top of the pyramid. It also features useful functions elegantly displayed in its timeless design.
The original Rolex GMT was one of the first watches that could tell time in two timezones at once. Essentially, Rolex added a fourth hand (the green hand with the large arrow head, or the GMT hand) that circles the dial in 24 hours. The great innovation at the time was to create a rotating bezel with 24 hour markers that can be adjusted as one moves to different timezones.
One of my favorites, this OMEGA Seamaster Diver 300M Chronograph features a black dial with a 30-minute recorder at 3 o’clock, a 12-hour recorder at 6 o’clock and a small seconds dial at 9 o’clock. The polished black ceramic unidirectional rotating bezel is mounted on a 44 mm stainless steel case with a helium-escape valve and an integrated date corrector at 10 o’clock. The watch is presented on a stainless steel bracelet. This chronograph is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial calibre 3330.
